KM attorney Wes Zirkle is experienced in the field of sports sponsorship and has negotiated and drafted more than $1 billion in deals during his career. Having served as General Counsel of the world’s largest motorsports marketing agency, JMI, Wes was not only the trusted advisor to its executive team, but many of JMI’s largest clients relied on him for his counsel. Wes personally advised and led the UPS sponsorship team during its negotiations with Ferrari, advised Unilever’s head of marketing and General Counsel during its negotiations with Lotus Renault, advised Verizon and its four regional General Counsels on Verizon’s motorsports programs, and advised Advanced Auto Parts on its sponsorship of a tour for country music duo Florida Georgia Line.
