    Office Staff

    Eric J. Neidlinger practices in the areas of real estate, business and commercial services and employment law.

     

    In his real estate practice, Mr. Neidlinger represents owners, developers, builders, and contractors in all aspects of the acquisition, financing (debt and equity), development, ownership, leasing and sale of commercial and residential real estate projects. He has also represented owners in landlord-tenant and fair housing matters, tenants in connection with commercial leases, and lenders in the negotiation and documentation of mortgage loans.

     

    In his businesses and commercial services practice, Mr. Neidlinger represents clients in all manner of business formation, operation, and transactional matters, including service contracts and M&A. By extension, he has represented his business clients with respect to their employment law needs, including policy and employee handbook drafting and enforcement, employment agreements (including covenants not to compete), terminations and wage issues, and his experience representing his restaurant clients in connection with their alcoholic beverage permits dates back several years.

     

    Prior to joining Keller Macaluso, Mr. Neidlinger spent ten years as in-house counsel for the largest developer of Low Income Housing Tax Credit multifamily apartment communities in the United States, where he provided counsel to the company's owners and executive officers on matters related to its business interests and activities in the areas of real estate development, transactions and land use, fair housing and employment laws, insurance and liability.
