For larger clients with in-house legal staff, KM serves as a strategic resource to advise and assist in-house attorneys and their internal clients on a project basis.  Many in-house attorneys tend to be under an extreme amount of pressure to perform large workloads, while answering to numerous internal clients who are certain they are the top priority for their in-house counsel.  We stand ready to relieve that pressure by helping in-house counsel efficiently perform their workload, without a surprising bill at the end of the project.  In this role, we advise in-house counsel regarding contract negotiation, drafting and review, as well as in a strategic role for special projects such as acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions.

 

We offer these services on an hourly basis, or through alternative approaches such as fixed monthly retainers and flat fee/project-based fees.  Our goal in structuring all of our fee arrangements is to provide value-added legal services, while staying within the budgetary expectations of our clients.
